Steven and Samantha Rose

Mr. and Mrs. Steven and Samantha Rose, loving Husband and Wife, passed away just one day apart on Monday, May 27 and Tuesday, May 28,2024. They were married in September 2003, and for nearly 21 years made their lives together.  

Steven is preceded in death by son, Wesley Rose, mother, Jewel (Lay) Rose, brothers, Albert Rose and Charles “Toe” Rose.  

Samantha is preceded in death by son, Wesley Rose, father, Lonnie Norton, sister, Jessica King, and best friend, Angie Daugherty.

Together they are survived by their children, Christopher Rose and wife, Amanda, Nashea Keathley, Stephanie Rose, and Savannah Rose; grandchildren, Aaron West Rose, Jewell Noelle Rose, and Parker Ray Rose.  Many nieces and nephews, and a very special nephew, Jaxon King.   

Steven is also survived by father, Edd Rose; brothers and sisters, Larry Rose (Amy), Tammy Bolton (Dale), Connie Jones (Bob), and Roger Rose. 

Samantha is also survived by mother and father, Kim and David King; Sisters, Jamie Carroll (Eugene), Jeri King, Ashley King, Brittany Green (Ricky), Carrie Green (Roy), Audrey King, and Emily King; Brothers, Josh King and Jack King.

Best friends to Steven and Samantha, Jake Boshears, more like a brother, and Ira Ridenour.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Funeral Services to begin at 2:00 PM.  Interment to follow at Ollie’s Cemetery in Duff.  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mr. and Mrs. Steven and Samantha Rose.
