Mrs. Sandra Phillips, age 67, of LaFollette passed away on Friday June 12, 2026. She was born on November 25, 1958 and formerly employed with Walker’s Grocery for many years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister whose greatest joy was the love she shared with her family. She loved her family fiercely and stood by those she cared about with unwavering loyalty and passion. Sandy had a heart that was both tender and strong, always ready to offer love, support, and protection to the people who meant the most to her.

Her grandchildren held a very special place in her heart. She cherished every moment with them and found immense joy in watching them grow, making memories, and sharing her love with them. Her presence brought warmth and laughter to all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Phillips, parents, Robert and Louise (Grable) Johnson, brother, Bob Johnson, and sister, Janet Johnson.

She is survived by her sons, Mark Caldwell and Michelle, and Duwayne Phillips and wife, Heidi; daughters, Mindy Phillips Norman and husband, Ronnie, and Ashley Phillips; grandchildren, Catey, Addi, Morgan, Kaden, Marilee, and 7 bonus grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Cassia and Julian; special caregiver, Dan Bailey; sisters, Debra Powers and husband, Tommy, and Kathy Butler and husband, Rick; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 PM with Rev. Danny Wilson officiating. The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Sandra’s honor to assist with final expenses.
