Samantha J. Peavley

Ms. Samantha J. Peavley , age 44 of LaFollette, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017.  She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and was of the Holiness Faith.  Preceded in death by Grandparents, Rev. Lewis Carroll, Mrs. Bessie Carroll, Raymond Branam, and Mrs. Mary Wilson.

Survivors:  Children, Crissy Artz and husband Kenneth, and Johnathon Peavley and wife Melissa; Four Grandchildren, Shailey Artz, Paisley Artz, Jaidin Peavely, and Izabella Peavley; Parents, Raymond Wilson, Jr. and Wilma Carroll Wilson; Brothers, David Wilson and wife Jamie, and Mark Wilson and wife Ashleigh; Four Nieces and Nephews.  Several Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and other relatives and friends.
