Roy B. Carroll

Mr. Roy B. Carroll, age 63 of LaFollette passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023.  He was a former coal miner and small engine mechanic specializing in lawn mower repair. Roy was a true believer and attended the House of Prayer and Praise.  Preceded in death by Parents, Milburn Pat and Leonard Elizabeth Carroll, Sisters, Patsy Carroll and Patricia Adkins, Brothers, Lonnie Carroll and David Carroll, Niece, Jenny Rains, and Nephew Ryan Garner. 

Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Rena Smith Carroll; Children, Ira Bolinger and Wife, Crystal, Angel Bolinger, Joseph Bolinger, and Zandra Bolinger; Grandchildren, Matthew, Jeremiah, Haley, Megan, McKayla, Devon, Zade, and Zayla; Brother, Gary Carroll and Wife, Tina; Sisters, Betty Seymour and Carolyn Webster; Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home.  Interment to follow at Powell Valley Cemetery with Rev. Mike Franklin and Rev. Leon Roberts officiating.   Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Roy B. Carroll.
