Richard Steven Grimm

Mr. Richard Steven Grimm of Jacksboro, TN passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at the age of 76. He is preceded in death by his beloved son, Jason Steven Grimm, parents, Marion and Ida Mae (Sanford) Grimm, sisters, Jane Ferdon and Peggy Metz, brother, Jim Grimm, and special nephew, Johnny Grimm.

He is survived by his wife, Leta (Dabney) Grimm; daughter, Stephanie Grimm Solomon and husband, DeWayne; loving daughter-in-law, Stephanie Moles and her husband, Josh; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other extended family members and friends.

The family would like to express a special thank you to Steve’s wonderful caregivers, and to Gary Baird, Jeff Snyder, and Josh Bragg for their unwavering friendship.

Close family and friends will gather on Friday, October 24, 2025, 3:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home and then proceed to Grimm Family Cemetery in Jacksboro where a 4:00 PM Graveside Service will be held with Rev. Troy Arnold officiating.
