Richard Allan Brooks

Richard Allan Brooks, age 51 of LaFollette passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023.  He was of the Baptist Faith and loved spending time with his Sons and Grandchildren.  Preceded in death by Sons, Mackenzie Smith and Stephen Brooks, Parents, Richard and Linda Brooks, Sister, Tammy Brooks, Sister-in-law, Sabrina Smith, Nephew, Brandon Smith, Grandparents, Leon and Eloise Tibbs, Father-in-law, Donald Harmon, and Uncle, Paul Sweat. 

Survivors: Mother of his Children, Misty Smith; Sons, Junior Brooks, Dylan Brooks, Dakota Smith and Wife, Raylan, and James Smith; Grandchildren, Annabella, Melinda, and Tobias Brooks, Hunter Smith, Azzylynn and Zaelyn Moser, Brayden, Natalie, and Elijah Smith; Brother, Ricky Brooks; Brothers-in-law and Sisters-in-law, Deanna Morris and Tony Oaks, Lynn and Richard Nelson, Janice and Aaron Adkins; Mother-in-law, Karen Lawson; Nephews, Travis Brooks, David and Jordan Lawson, Taylor Baker, and Colton Adkins; Nieces, Lara White, Kelsie Sherrod, Raven Oaks, and Kaylee Leach; Uncles, Larry and Eddie Tibbs, Special Aunt, Shirley Sweat; Special Cousin, Paul Sweat, Jr., and a host of other friends and relatives.

A Private Family Ceremony will be held.  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Richard Allan Brooks.
