Mrs. Patsy (Cox) Milton Marlow, age 73 of Orlando, FL, formerly of the Duff Community passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026. Patsy was a graduate of Wynn High School where she was Valedictorian of her class, and for many years served as head of grant procurement with Pellissippi State Community College. She is preceded in death by her first husband, John Earl Milton is 2003, beloved son, Kevin Earl Milton in 1980, parents, George Sr. and Martha Cox, sisters, Bonnie Douglas, Ann Jeffers, and Linda Evans, and brothers George Cox, Jr. and Johnny Cox.

She is survived by her husband of 20+ years, Roy Marlow; brothers, Kenny Cox and wife, Dottie, and Jerry Cox; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 11, 2026 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, 12:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Vanover officiating.
