Opal Irene Phillips

Mrs. Opal Irene Phillips age 83 of LaFollette passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2018.  She was a member of Shipley Grove Church of God.  Preceded in death by Husbands, Daniel McCarty and Tom Phillips, Parents, Lawrence Levi Leach and Mertie Jane Guy Leach, and Sister, Lola Anderson.

Survivors:  Sisters, Ina Jones and Virgie L. Powers; Brother, Clifton Leach and wife Aline; Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Saturday 8 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Arlie Muse and Rev. James Leach officiating.  Family and friends will meet Sunday 10 A.M. at McCarty Cemetery in Speedwell for graveside services and interment.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M.
