Ms. Martha A. Riggs age 77 of LaFollette passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017. She was of the Methodist Faith. Preceded in death by Parents, Allen Riggs and Elizabeth Chadwell Riggs.
Survivors: Special Friends, Don and Gloria Lee; First Cousins, Stella Riggs King and Lana Riggs Collingsworth. Several other relatives and friends.
