Martha (Dial) Bolinger Witt

Mrs. Martha (Dial) Bolinger Witt, age 95 of LaFollette entered into eternity with her Savior on Monday, June 17, 2024. She was a longtime and faithful member of First Baptist Church of LaFollette, and was also a member of Order of the Eastern Star. She is preceded in death by first husband, M.P. Bolinger, and second husband, Damon Witt, her parents, William Harrison and Margaret Ann Turner Dial, brother, Billy Frank Dial and sister-in-law, Elizabeth Dial, sister, Margaret E. Dial, niece, Donna Heaton and her husband, Ray, nephew, Daryl Glen Dial, great-nephew, Justin Heaton, and great-niece, Arie Elaine.

She is survived by her nieces, Deneal Branch and husband, Jack Darrell, Teresa Martin and Paul, and Kelly Kitts and husband, Albert; nephew, Billy Dial, Jr. and wife, Shellie; several great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews; Wonderful and faithful friends, Von Wilson, and Margaret and John Faulkner, and several other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. 

The family would like to offer Special Thanks to the employees of LaFollette Court Assisted Living Center for their care and support over the past 5 ½ years. Also, to Amedisys Home Health for therapy of different kinds. We would like to offer our appreciation to the hospice staff for their care and kindness during her last days. 

Aunt Martha will forever be remembered for her strong legacy of faith and family, which she most valued and instilled in us. She is at home with the angels, at peace with the Lord, enjoying a loving life’s Heavenly reward.  

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 12:30 – 2:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM with Rev. Phil Fischbach and Rev. Doug Clem officiating. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Campbell County Cancer Association, PO Box 122, Jacksboro, TN 37757.
