Marilyn K. Shipp

Mrs. Marilyn K. Shipp passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016.  She was of the Assembly of God Faith.  Preceded in death by Husband, William R. “Bill” Shipp, III in August 2005, and Parents, Carlie and Francis McGhee Kennedy.

Survivors: Daughter, Kimberly Skidmore and Husband, Jeff; Three Grandchildren, Jessica Daugherty, Jennifer Bailey, and Joshua Skidmore; Two Great-grandchildren, Emma Thompson and Damian Burrell; Sister, Mildred Kennedy; Brother, James Kennedy and Wife, Dorothy; Several other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Saturday 11:30 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leon Fritts officiating.   Interment to follow at Campbell Memorial Gardens.  The Family will receive friends from 10 to 11:30 A.M.
