Judy Lynn "Longmire" Caddell

Mrs. Judy Caddell, 78, of LaFollette, TN passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025.

Judy was born and raised in LaFollette. She was a long-time member of Glade Springs Baptist Church where she blessed many people with her song ministry that God laid upon her heart. She was told all the time up to this day what a blessing her singing has been to many.

She was a proud Wife, Mother, Mamaw and Mammy who loved her family very much. She loved family gatherings and watching her family in church, school and sporting events. She also loved watching UT Basketball Games. “Sweet” Judy as many called her was a talker and made friends very easily. Some of her famous questions when she would meet someone for the first time would be; “Who is your mom and dad?” “Who are your grandparents?” “Where do you live?” etc. She tuned in to watch WLAF every day and enjoyed interacting with the staff. Their kindness toward her was greatly appreciated.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Clifford Caddell, of LaFollette; her daughters Deanna(Joe) Stanford of Clinton, Vicki(Les) Williams of Bradyville, Sherry(Bryan) St John of LaFollette; Son-in-law Mike Milton of LaFollette; Grandchildren: Jordan Williams, Miranda(Dustin) Coffey, Hailey(Emby) King, Trevor St John, Victoria Stanford, Gabe St John; Great-Grandchildren: Landan, Laykan, Leighah, Briella King and Riley, Tucker Coffey; Siblings Jennie Belle Goins of Florida, Jesse(Rhonda) Longmire of LaFollette, sister-in-law Phyllis Longmars of LaFollette, brother-in-law Kyle(Sherry) Caddell of Murfreesboro.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Lizzy and Big Bill Longmire; loving daughter Shelly Caddell Milton; Grandsons Joshua Williams and Clifford Eric Caddell; siblings Betty Lousie Longmire, Lela Love, Billie (Floyd) Claiborne, JT Longmars, Eugene(Lucy) Longmire, Patsy (Charlie) Turner.
