Our beautiful boy, Jack H. Ramsey of Caryville/LaFollette, TN went to meet his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 as a result of a tragic car accident. Jack bound into this world on a sunny day in October of 2006 with a head full of curls and a personality that didn’t quit. He was always on the go from time his feet touched the floor until he left his earthly body. He was light, energy and love. He grew up in Seymour, TN always hanging with his two best friends, CJ and Jackson, still best friends to this day. He moved to Campbell County at the age of 12, and met a few challenges along his way, but considered it his home. He had a beautiful singing voice and shared this talent with all. He graduated from CCHS in 2025 and was just starting school to get his nursing degree at TCAT. He always loved to help others. He lit up any room he walked into, and would walk away your best friend. At the age of 17, all of his sins were washed away after he accepted JESUS into his heart. He never missed a chance to show that love to others. He enjoyed being there for anyone who needed him and was always taking care of others. To put it simply, he was a rambling man, a seeker, a traveler, our Jackie Blue. He always lived life to the fullest.
He is procceded in death his by Papaw, Glen Petree and Uncle, Tim Petree both of Caryville, TN.
He is survived by his ever devoted parents: Luke and Erica Truelove-Petree of Caryville, TN, and Shannon and Norma Ramsey of Cleveland, TX; His biggest fan, and little bonus brother, Sherman Petree of Caryville, who affectionately referred to him as brother; His big bonus brothers: Jonanthan Edwards of Conroe TX; Nicholas Dosier of Morristown TN; and Matthew Dosier of Tacoma, WA; His beloved fiance who was his soulmate: Destiny Higgenbotham of Lafollette, TN and her parents who loved him like their own, Chris and Savannah Higgenbotham also of Lafollette, TN; His doating grandparents: Debbie and Jerry Ramsey (Nanny and Papaw) of Seymour, TN, Keith and Lisa Truelove (Papaw and Lee-Lee) of Indiana/Florida, Becky Truelove (Granny) of Owensboro, KY, and Jane Petree(Tu-Tu) of Caryville, TN; Uncles and Aunts: Devon and Tina Truelove, Alexandria, TN, Derek and Kristen Truelove, Lebanon, TN, Brandon and Megan Lockhart, Mooresville, IN, and Matt and Kelly Petree, Powell TN; and a host of cousins and friends who will cherish his memory and miss his laugh.

Shane Pitman officiating. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to: Boys and Girls Club of Campbell County, P.O. Box 712, LaFollette, TN 37766.
