Hershel Herold Powers

Mr. Hershel Herold Powers , age 83 of Speedwell passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017.  He was a member of Shipley Grove Church of God.  Preceded in death by Son, Darrell Lynn Powers, Parents, Joe Powers and Lillie Mae Rutherford Powers, Sister, Ruby Hutson, Brothers, Rev. Estel Powers, Alvin, Ira, Lloyd, and Charles Powers.

Survivors:  Wife, Mrs. Virgie Powers; Daughters, Kathy Powers, Regina Allen and husband Joe, Alice Jenkins and husband Richard; Sons, Kelly W. Powers and Ron Powers; Eight (8) Grandchildren; Seven (7) Great Grandchildren; Sisters, Aline Leach and husband Clifton, and Geneva Hunley and husband Bobby.  Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Saturday 7 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
