Florence Blackwell

Mrs. Florence Blackwell, age 74 of Jacksboro passed away Friday, October 11, 2024. She was a member of Indiana Avenue Baptist Church. Florence loved going to Church and enjoyed serving her community thru her cooking. She was a homemaker, loved animals, children, and babysitting. Preceded in death by Parents, Lavan and Amelia White, Sisters, Melody Goddard, Lavina White, and Julie White, Brothers, Victor White and Lynn White.

Survivors: Loving Husband of 56 years, Robert Blackwell; Daughter, Amy Blackwell; Son, Lewis Blackwell and wife, Hylan; Grandchild, Caleb Coffman; Foster Grandchildren, Lacie and Scottie Key; Sister, Candace Mills. Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces, Great-Nephews, and a host of family and friends. 

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Funeral Services to begin at 8:00 P.M. with Rev. Sampson Ridenour officiating.
