Mr. Donald Wayne Caldwell, age 46 of the Duff Community passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026. He enjoyed playing guitar, fishing, ginseng hunting, and being with his Dog, Smoky. Donald was a good-hearted person and always willing to help anyone in need. He is preceded in death by his father, Wayne Caldwell, sisters, Connie Hamblin and Joan Caldwell; grandparents, Dan and Maggie Powers, Jake and Princess Caldwell; and step-father, Edgar Hunter.

He is survived by his mother, Clara Hunter; sisters, Kerrie Dykes and husband, Darrell, and Jessie Collins; brothers, Robert Muse and wife, Julie, Michael Muse and wife, Angie, Jason Muse and wife, Jennifer, and Stephen Muse and wife, Samantha; long-time companion, Jewell Chadwell; step-mother, Esther Caldwell; nieces and nephews, Ashley, Jake, Chelsie (Nick), Isaac, Aaron, Clarissa and husband, Tyler; great-nieces and great-nephews, Aurora, Avery, Aiden, Aundria, Mayce Jo, and Jaylee; and several other extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 21, 2026 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 PM with Rev. Robert Poland officiating. Family and friends will meet on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, 11:00 AM at Broyles Cemetery in Pioneer for Graveside Services and Interment.
