Connie Lynn Smith age 49 of Jacksboro passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015, at LaFollette Medical Center.

Survivors:  Daughter, Katrina Collette and Carmelo Francisco; Son, Aaron Matthew Collette; Grandchildren, Savannah Collette, Tabitha Collette, Gabriel Collette, Malachi Collette, and Isaac Collette; Parents, Earlie and Hazel Smith; Sister, Cindy Smith; Brothers, Bobby Smith, Stevie Smith, Chuck Smith; Best Friend, Rhonda Bunch.  Several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
