Billy Earl Welch , age 70 of LaFollette, passed away in Knoxville.  He was of the Baptist Faith.  Preceded in death by Parents, Loran and Hazel Patrick Welch, Brothers, Lonnie Welch, Loran Manuel Welch, Jr., Timothy Welch, Raymond Kenneth Welch, and Everette Welch, Sisters, Betty, Mattie, and Brenda,

Survivors:  Daughter, Brenda Welch; Sisters, Imogene Pierce, Joyce Cranover, Carolyn Byington, Lorraine O’Neil. Belinda Ausbine, and Debbie Welch; Brothers, Robert Welch, James Welch, and Estel Welch.  Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
